mcmills
Beautiful brick home in the mid-cities area, not far from DFW Int'l Airport. Approximately 1900 s.f., with attached RV port, currently occupied by our 40' Class A with full hookups. Hard to find in the Metroplex due to deed restrictions, it was built in 2008 with emphasis on energy efficiency and minimal upkeep. Foam insulation throughout, radiant barrier, high-efficiency A/C, tankless water heater, gas heat and appliances make for tiny utility bills. Xeriscaped yard with drip irrigation system means no yard work. Taxes only $3600. Top of the line appliances and granite throughout.$239,000. Photos available here: http://tinyurl.com/nt98z5d. Jack Mayer
Mike, to get best activity on this ad you would be advised to post links to a large number of photos - probably more than 100. And a Google map link to the area so people can easily see it. Making it easy for people will make it far more likely you will sell it faster. All this is easy and free to do. mcmills
Thanks for the tips, Jack. I have added the photo link that I would have sent to inquirers; that seems like a good idea, and I may add some more, as you suggested. I'm reluctant to put out a lot of information without a little vetting, having been burned by this before.
