dickwbb
Winnebago Journey 2007 WKP34SH Length: 35' Location: Mesquite, NV (on I-15) Freightliner chassis Odometer: 62,925 miles 300 hp Cummins turbo-charged diesel Diesel tank: 90 gal. Allison 5-speed transmission Front & rear air suspension 4-wheel abs Exhaust brake Now Asking: $71,999 Following our marriage in 2010, my wife and I purchased this rig and equipped it for full-timing, preferring dry camping on federal lands and spacious primitive areas over RV parks. We added 5 solar panels totaling 540 watts & a solar charge controller/monitor; 4 6-volt deep cycle house batteries; pure sine wave inverter/charger rated at 2000 watts, with remote control; a quick disconnect in the galley for a free-standing propane heater; and led bulbs in most light fixtures. This complements the rig's storage capacities of 82 gal fresh water, 54 gal gray, 62 gal black, 10 gal hot water, and 31 gal LPG. The motorhome is in good condition, clean, has been serviced on a regular basis. No smokers or pets. Before meeting on the road and marrying, we separately owned other motorhomes. We upgraded to this one because of the need to merge two rigs into one and its greater tank and storage capacities for two people with our fulltiming lifestyle. We have been happy with both its comfort and performance. But after 15+ years on the road for each of us – out of mail forwarding addresses – we decided it was time to settle down in Mesquite, NV. We are about 60 miles from the Las Vegas airport if you want to fly in; we can meet you at the airport and bring you to Mesquite, or bring the motorhome to Las Vegas.
