For you native Texans. I will be pulling a 19,500 GVWR toy hauler with a Ford F 450. Will I need a class A as a resident of Texas?

If you have a Class A Non-CDL in your existing state, most likely Texas will honor it. Texas honored my Illinois Non-CDL but take your Birth Certificate (or other TEXAS REQUIRED ID ) as your Drivers License as ID isn't good enough. And after setting awhile in Livingston waiting my turn to get my license I know why they have the strict requirement.

Barbaraok said it right and I think that applies in most states if not all.
