Kinsa
In 1996 I was a fresh new lieutenant, and my bright, hopeful outlook on life was shaken to the core when an airman I worked with was killed during the terrorist bombing of Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia. I attended the somber memorial service at Wright-Patterson AFB for A1C Christopher Lester, watching as his parents and loved ones were deep in their grief, and I left with a new view on what life in the military really means. Little did we know then that it was merely a precursor to the impending 9-11 attacks. Finally, nearly 20 years later, the evil mastermind has been captured. http://news.yahoo.com/suspect-1996-khobar-towers-bombing-arrested-125307152--politics.html
