SpaceTravlr
My hitch wouldn't release from the 5th wheel pin due to insufficient lubrication. My fault, but I was just moving it a short distance, so I forgot to grease the jaws of the hitch before towing. Regardless, when I was finally able to get it to release it the nose of the 5th wheel came down hard on my truck bed and cracked the plastic. So, what is the best method to repair this crack and seal it properly. Thanks for your suggestions. I don't want to make it worse.
ruelens
Not sue what you mean by "cracked the plastic" .......... what plastic part? If it is the fiberglass, then that crack is repaired with fiberglass resin and matte.

You use the photo icon at the tool section of the post window. If you go to the bottom line there is B,and if you count it the 11th icon to the right is the photo icon. Click on it and use the url there.
