That is close But does not seem to be the same one. I have found lots of similar chrome and Stainless Steel bumpers, but having difficulty finding one with the black rubber or plastic fairing along the bottom and one piece. Ex: http://www.otrperformance.com/volvo-vnl-air-dam-kit Every Gen II bumper I saw, fiberglass or chrome/stainless was three pieces. Perhaps the photo was retouched a bit? It looks retouched.
