Northwood's DesertFox 21SF would do it, a tough 4 season trailer, with good ground clearance. Add solar and 4 gc agm batteries in the back you would be set, that also helps with the high hitch wt if you are not carring toys. I have an 05 28ks DF that has spent more than its share of time boondocking/dry camping.
