Hi All, I was wondering if you are on tricare4life and out of town, do you have to get a referral from you PC to see a specialist?

No,

When you go on Medicare, Tricare changes to TFL and becomes your part B.

You get to go where you want. That's the beauty. No messing with referrals to specialist etc
