This rig is no longer produced due to larger cost variation with other brands. You decide why...I was told Newmar would not sacrifice quality/durability.

Well, the max weight for the rig is GVWR 21,000 lbs and the garage rear door capacity is 3000 lbs. I have carried a cruiser motorcycle with no issues.

The UVW dry weight 15,675 lbs

Slide mechanisms are electric. Main slide is cog wheel design.. a Newmar specific and the bedroom slide is also electric. Never an issues.

Landing gear is electric, but each leg has its own motor and switch.

Are you switching to different rig? We are in Panama City Beach, Florida if you would like to see. Let me know...Thanks

Jim,

I do have the build sheet...If you give me your email I can scan and send.

Are you looking for something in particular in the build or options?

Or you can call me to discuss.

734-834-5699 cell. Thanks

The build sheet suggestion was to help you market your RV. Since you are the original owner, I was guessing that you had one.

Years ago, I looked at a new 2008 X-Aire, on a dealer's lot. I was very impressed with it. At the time I was towing with a Ford 2008 F550 and was concerned about the F550's ability to tow such a large trailer (I know Ford literature said it's maximum tow capacity was a 23,000 lbs 5'er). As it turned out the DW hated the colors. So, we did not buy it.

Now that I tow with a Volvo 780, I am "casually" looking for a large, high end toy hauler that we can live in as opposed to the "vacation" toy hauler we currently own.

Please pm the build sheet to me. I would like to take a closer look. The 14 foot garage is impressive.

Jim

Yes, Rick is correct. We ended up trading in our rig of almost 7 years for a class A motorhome. We have had it for sale on and off for about a year with lots of lookers, but none were ready when we finally found our new to us motorhome. So, we have been quite busy this past week preparing our new home.

So, Rick purchased the rig and its his turn to enjoy it.
