usnlt Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 For the last couple of days I have not been able to record with my DVR on channnel 390 and 396, east coast CBS and ABC. NBC, Fox and CW work fine. In the guide the two problem channels are "grayed" out like they are not part of my program package but I CAN watch programing on them. If I try to press record, i get a message that I'm not authorized to record from them. Previously there was no problem recording from these two. Are these two channels grayed out in the guide on anyone else that has East Coast DNS? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Biker56 Posted April 8, 2015 Report Share Posted April 8, 2015 Glad that worked. Another thing that will fix some problems. Is to go to your account at DTV and do a reset on any receiver you have.
