The wife came up with the idea, I came up with the methodology of the install and the shelves (You can't see the one on the backside of the stand holding the bass unit for the sound system on the TV.) I was a cabinet maker at one time, and I had a spare sample cabinet just sitting around, so with a bit of work, mostly paint, it fit right under the set like a glove. It has a small drawer for remotes and hard drives. The shelves under it hold the DVD player, and a net book that has a terabyte drive, filled with movies hooked up to it.
