Sad news from Peterson Industries

Wow,

If we ever decide to move from our Carriage Carrilite( the original "real" ones) Excel was on our list with DRV. So moving to a slightly used custom rig will be the answer now with DRV gone to mass produce by Thor, and Excel gone.

I will have to agree with you there. We will be looking for a little bigger unit in a few year, hopefully. Gently used may be the way to go to keep with a quality unit.

Sad news indeed. Peterson Industries stood behind their product and weren't afraid to innovate bringing out new features. We wish the employees and owners well.

We will be keeping our HH Champagne for a lot of years it looks like. Maybe the Asians will come over and shake up the RV industry like they did the automotive industry.

Discovered the LUXE at the SW Florida RV Show. Impressive 5th wheel. Check it out before you give up.
