This is our personal lot where we fulltime in our 40ft Phaeton RV. We've made improvements to the lot to suit our lifestyle. We are not Realtors or Agents. For your protection, the sale of our property will be conducted by an attorney who will order and provide, Title Insurance and Warranty Deed to the buyer. Normal minimal closing costs apply to both seller and buyer.

We upgraded the electric service to 70 amp (50 amp or 30 amp for RV), 10×10 shed built on-site, shelved with 220v electric, year and a half new full size washer and dryer. The lot is one half stone surface (4″ -5" thickness) and the other half is pavers. Included, is an aluminum patio set (4 chairs), umbrella, stainless steel BBQ Grill, storage chest, concrete deer and DirecTV dish. It truly is the showcase lot of the park with easy pull in RV, 5th Wheel or Trailer access. Pull straight into the lot as soon as you pass thru the gatehouse.


The monthly Condo fees are only $120 which includes water, sewer, trash pickup six days a week, 24/7 staffed gatehouse, 110,000 gallon Pool, On-Site Condo Office, Rec Hall, Community Watch, maintenance of community grounds, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball, bingo and other community events. Our lot is maintenance free, with nice tall trees that provide lots of shade (something hard to find find in Florida Parks). There is no grass to cut. Our Lot is a Prime Location just past the Gatehouse entry with easy pull in parking. The hook ups are very easy to access.The recreation hall, mailboxes, Condo Office and huge pool are all within walking distance. We get a wonderful breeze that is enjoyed year round but especially in the summer months. Our electric bill (fulltime in a 40 ft RV) averages $75-$100 per month. Peak summer months are higher.


Our location is very convenient with lots of good dining and shopping close by. Be careful purchasing in any Park because many RV Lot sales are plus back Condo Dues or back County Taxes that are not always disclosed in the sale price.

How do you get your trees to not drop their leaves on the lot? :)

Didn't see info on Lot size W-L?

Being near the Gate House does all the traffic in & out make much noise?

How many lots are they in the park?

Biker56, leaves are not a problem. I do one of two things:

  1. Simply use a leaf blower or ...
  2. Pay someone in the Park $5 for 15 minutes work to do it for me :rolleyes: I always choose option #2.

Lot is 36.71x66.18x39.55x64.44 as measured in a clockwise manner. See attached Survey.


Noise Level? Not at all. But it DOES give us a terrific breeze year round. The openness of the area behind us to the mailboxes and Condo Office and Rec Hall makes our corner cooooool ;)


There are about 780 Lots in the Park. We have owned other lots deeper into the Park and it was dark and very little air movement due to the trees, compared to the Lot we are selling now.


BTW: we are selling only because after living in the Park for 7 years and being caregivers to my Mother In-Law and my Mother who both lived within 4 lots from us, we are retired and going to travel full time now the they both are gone. It's been our plan for years to travel. Now, we have no kids and no responsibilities to family. So as I like to say "Have Diesel, Will Travel".
