That must have been a short-lived article. The link worked and the story was there when I tried it shortly after Dblr posted it, but it's gone now.

That would be an interesting development. Tiffin at one time had a reputation for high quality for a modest price. You got a lot for what you paid. Similar to the older Monaco Dynasty. A really nice coach for the money - far better than similar priced competition. Tiffin these days has not maintained that reputation - IMO. (I don't want to insult any Tiffin owners...that is just the way I see it from tracking the company for many years.).

 

If Tiffin can bring their manufacturing efficiencies and design to the 5th wheel market they may just have a great product. There is market space for a 150K 5er that is properly outfitted and appears to offer a lot for the money. I'd say that DRV once owned that space, but not so much anymore.
