We did call the factory and they talked us through everything to make sure it was the motor. Customer ordered a motor and when we installed it the manufacturer talked us through how to program its position for stop in the up and down position. Without there help it would have taken considerable more time and frustration. The customer did print there instructions but where not that easy to follow. So a phone call worked much better.
