Tour and dine at the world’s best culinary college: the famous Culinary Institute of America, which overlooks the beautiful Hudson River, in historic Hyde Park. Also located on the Hudson River, and founded in 1802, is the famous and historic West Point Military Academy and Cemetery. Bring your camera, and be prepared for the trip of a lifetime!
