  3. Thank you for the advice, duraduk and Tulecreeper. I do have this posted on FB Marketplace, but not to a particular FB group. I'll have to check it out. Yes Tulecreeper, that is a good idea. This forum doesn't allow pics to be posted that I could figure out because they are too large. I tried to attach the Specs page, but that was also too large even when I tried to pare it down. I'll have to include some of the key specs in the listing. ddrischell Kirk, this sounds like a good idea, I'll give it a try. Thank you!

It is a premium, true 4-season trailer made to last and built rugged for backroads travel and boondocking. The enclosed and heated underbelly protects the tanks and plumbing from cold temperatures, even as low as single-digits for a day or two. I purchased a custom-made skirt made from heavy-duty black vinyl for added temperature control and efficiency. I also had two 170w solar panels, and a topper for the one slide-out installed. In total, over $6,000 worth of add-ons and gear are included with this deal. I can provide a complete list of the specs and gear to your email for serious inquiries. This site did not allow me to post these details due to the size of the uploads (i.e. photos, specs, etc.). 9. Thank you Kirk. That was very helpful to me. I appreciate your time and wish you a Merry Christmas and happy New Year! D
  10. Greetings SKPs. I'm about to take a travel Physical Therapy job in Brookings OR for 13 weeks possibly more. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good RV park for long-term? Thank you for your suggestions and Merry Christmas🎄
  11. Thanks for the replies, all. I appreciate the advice so will look to legal channels. Also think I'll talk to the RV lien holder to check with them for sure. Desmond
  12. Greetings. I'm planning to begin travel nursing while full-timing in my RV. I want to keep my condo for investment, but also can't own a sticks-n-bricks home for my full timer loan. Any advice regarding creating a domicile address and possibly having an LLC for my Iowa condo? This is all very new for me and want to get it right. Thank you for your help and knowledge.
  13. These are all really great suggestions to my query. Thanks for taking the time to respond. Looking forward to any additional comments from others as well.
  14. Hey all. I've been looking for options for a truck bed cap (not tonneau cover) for a new Ford F-250 long bed I have on order and waiting to be built. I've seen a few options, but they seem to be few a far between. Any recommendations and various names that would be available? Thank you.
  15. Thank you for your help and advice. I appreciate hearing from others who have had some experience with these things to help make my RV transition smoother. Best always!
  16. Thank you for the welcome! The Level Mate Pro looks amazing! I'm really considering getting this one for my TT. Thank you for your advice!
  17. Hey, thank you for the welcome!!! I appreciate your advice and find the Lynx products to be pretty agreeable to my needs. Thank you!
  18. Greetings! I'm new to the RV lifestyle and am in the process of gathering items I will need once I hit the road. I'd like some feedback on TT Levelers. I read somewhere about the "Andersen 2-Pack Camper Leveler Kit in a Sturdy Carry Bag with Double Handles." Does anyone have any experience with these? Any other brands that have proven to be reliable and sturdy? My TT has 4 tires, so do I need two sets? Thank you in advance for your input and have a wonderful RV day! ddrischell
