You people have been very helpful, I thank you so much! I have been considering the 1443B EPO plan. 1443C is not offered to me on the healthcare.gov site, possibly due to my county but per the contract I will have the same out of state selection of doctors/hospitals etc. that any other FBCBS EPO Plan has. My income will be above the 150% but I will still get a very nice subsidy through the exchange. I really feel sorry for people who can’t take the time necessary to understand all these plans. It’s really a lot to take in.

Thanks Jim and Wilma. I do have an inquiry in to FBCBS on the BlueCard and whether it applies to the two plans I am reviewing. The ACA no longer has PPO plans for those who domicile in Bushnell, just HMO and EPO plans. Just trying to define and understand how these plans work out of state, which is where I’ll be 95% of the time.

I’ve gone into a few of the Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield ACA plans and searched for Doctors in areas like Colorado and Idaho and the in-network Doctors are almost non-existent.

Looks like ACA plans for those living in Bushnell Florida do not offer very good out of state coverage. What are other Florida residents using for 2022? We just started full time and I need an ACA plan for the next 5 years. Should I change my domicile? If yes which state offers best nationwide coverage on an ACA plan?
