I’m from Virginia been hearing South Dakota is best state to claim as resident for full timers only one day to be in state so do you go to a dmv to claim this or a town hall and do you get SD license while u there is this a tax free state. Any information be appreciated thank yall

Been delayed gettin on the road medical problem had my replacement ankle get severe infection then bloodstream n bloodclot in leg I want post pics I did somewhere else few pansy crying but I’m a newby n ready to go probably in January sometime
