Yes. Since we had mom’s address and we intend to settle back in Nevada.

We sold our home in Henderson, Nevada (near Las Vegas, Clark County) last September and have been traveling fulltime. My mother-in-law lived in Las Vegas so we just changed our address to her address and have our MH and tow registered there. She lived in an assisted living complex. We had our mail forwarded to us via Livingston. Our storage unit and doctors are there in Nevada. We figured that we were domiciled in Las Vegas, NV based on all of the above. My mother-in-law recently passed away and now we are trying to figure out how to continue our Nevada domicile with no actual address. (Yes, that is where we want to keep our domicile - we know we can change to Texas or South Dakota but don't want to for various reasons.) I have contacted the Secretary of State's office, the Clark County Recorder's office and the Clark County Clerk's office to ask about establishing domicile. After explaining the issue, they tell me they don't have a clue how to do it and really don't even understand what I am talking about. Does anyone have any suggestions that may lead me in the right direction of who to contact? Thank You - Mary
