  1. We’ll be in Gwinn, MI close to Marquette. Looking for suggestions on where to fish. Thanks
  2. We’re traveling to Michigan in September. We’re looking for travel ideas and campgrounds you’d recommend. We enjoy site seeing, the outdoors, older architecture and museums. We’re not shoppers, wine tasters, fine diners. Thanks
  3. Update... we drove 14 miles away to Monument NM. They were happy to receive our mail until we leave at the end of December. The PM there did tell me they were only supposed to receive GD mail for 30 days.
  4. ms60ocb, what do you use to clean your cap with? I also have one and was told to clean it with soap and water each week.
  5. Hi everybody. We’ve been FT since January. How do you keep the daily dust down and from collecting on everything? The last 4 months we have been in Eagle Nest NM. We’re now in Hobbs. Both are extremely dry places. Hobbs especially is a windy dry desert area of NM. It seems we can’t keep the dust out. I wipe down countertops, light switches and the thermostats daily. But dust is back in a few hours. Is this normal? Should we be looking for an outboard HEPA device? Thanks
  6. The post office address is 2200 N ALTO DR HOBBS, NM 88240-9998 I don’t know who I spoke with. John Darwin
  7. Thanks remosndiris. I read your link and found it helpful. I guess I’ll be looking for a more friendly post office.
  8. Hello all. We’ve been FT since January and using Escapees’s mail service to forward to general delivery at the USPS office in the cities where we have lived. We’ve been in Eagle Nest NM for the past 4 months with no mail problems. We’re getting ready to move to Hobbs NM. I called the post office there and was told I had to complete a general delivery form AND it is only good for 30 days. I would then to purchase a PO Box. This is the first I’ve heard about this. We’ve had our mail sent to general delivery in 3 other cities without problems. Have others experienced this? Or is this a new Louis DeJoy thing?
