  1. We're definitely interested in a class of 2018 thread; though not sure if we're 2017 or 2018; 2018 is probably more realistic. We've started getting rid of junk (so much junk!!) and readying the house for sell. We're in the SF bay area- I'm concerned we're in a bit of a housing bubble, so trying to figure out the best timing to sell the house, not sure yet if it's next spring or wait till the following year. We've been heavily researching 5vrs, trying to decide between used and new. Just got back from the Pomona RV show- one trick I learned with salesmen- just tell them up front that you're doing research, not ready till next year. Many of them are still happy to talk, but many will take off- which is fine by me; we usually know a lot more about the units than they do;)
  2. Hello- I'm new to this forum, though I've lurked on and off for awhile. My DH and I are in the research phase, looking to join the fulltime class of 2018. We just returned from the Pomona RV show, and after much research, we've narrowed our short list down to Augusta Luxe (with new 9K axles for better CCC), and the Riverstone Legacy. I love the New Horizons Summit as well, but it's a bit beyond what I'd like to pay. I can't seem to find much on the FROG forums or other rv forums on experiences with the Riverstone; they are a fairly new unit for Forest River; they are looking to compete with DRV Mobile Suites. We looked at Mobile Suites, but I don't like the aesthetics of the unit- too traditional; and I really don't like that they are now owned by Thor. We are considering a used Mobile or Elite suites-I know it's better from a depreciation standpoint, but I'd also like to get everything I want, with new tech and looks, which I know won't happen with a used unit. My question is- does anyone have experience fulltiming with the Riverstones? they do seem to have the best value and quality for the money that I've seen in the mid-high end range for 5vrs. thanks!
