Sorry to hear that your having a problem with Dish since I haven't experienced any problem with them in the past. I logged on to myDish and there was this statement (first paragraph): "We experienced a cybersecurity incident that affected some of our internal communications, customer call centers, and internet sites. We immediately activated our incident response and business continuity plans to contain, assess, and remediate the situation.
