Happy Hour? Meet your neighbor? Where does all this happen

We made it to Retama! Man, it is beautiful here, we LOVE it! Got in about 5 yesterday and still getting set up. Can't wait to check out everything.

A sea of heavy duty trucks and fifth wheels met our eyes as we pulled into the fairgrounds about 3.00 p.m. yesterday. We got to meet Henry and Davena right away, a real pleasure to finally get my hug from them both. Mark Shelly helped us park and got us situated. Who’s been my favorite person to meet? Well, not really a person but I finally got to meet Trash, Hogrydr's dog. He has beautiful furry face, and my furry face Chloe seems to think he's handsome too! Everyone we have met so far has been super nice but what else would you expect from this group! Looks like it's going to be a fun, busy, and informative week.

Thank you both! We had a party last night here at the campground and it was terrific! Great friends and great food! And my wonderful husband is taking me out for all you can eat crab legs tonight...life is sooooo good

Now I don't know about that!

Update. I drove the truck again today, this time out of the drive way and onto the streets...watch out people of Kansas! It was a blast! And we have officially named the truck... Toto
