  1. Just drove home to AK this year, late April. Good weather and a easy drive . However, at the Border we waited 5 hours to cross and the Boarder Agents were very fussy and forcing ALL RVer's to book their hotel or motel lodging along the Route to Alaska, specifically stating Canada Law is not allowing any overnight Camping, albeit once we crossed the Border it didn't appear the no overnight camping law was not being fully enforced by the local communities. Hopefully 2022 will be better.
  2. Thank you all for the kind words. We’re heart broken that our truck is gone 😪 but we’re hoping to return to the life style with “Nanook ver 2.0”. Maybe someday.
  3. Sadly we have SOLD our 2017 Volvo 780 w/Trailer. We love our rig and will miss our travelling but will have great memories of our first HDT and the friends we have gained during journey. it's a very sad day for us but family (Granson's) comes first and has priority. We'll keep watching the forum and who knows maybe will be back in 8 or 10 years with an all electric HDT. 😉
  4. And that’s exactly why we didn’t put a price on this listing. We are reviewing all serious offers. thank you for the truck compliment.

  6. Thanks Chad... you’re correct we planned at least 10 years of travel and love this truck but life throws curve balls at you once in awhile. Whoever buys it is getting a once in a lifetime deal.
  7. Even though we had to leave the WCR earlier than we wanted it was great seeing our past Rally friends and making new friends, there's nothingbetter than Truck Talk. Donna & I really enjoyed ourselves and the trip has made us wonder...do we really want to sale our Truck?
  8. Good to hear. We’ve arrived in Boise with our Truck. We’ll stop by to visit tomorrow.
  9. The rear axle is rated at 23,000 lbs with a ratio of 2.67. The Front axle is rated 13,500lbs The Truck GVW IS 33,500 lbs with disc brakes, front & back Thanks for inquiring.
  10. There are 2 Ramps. The Ramps are only accessible from the Drivers Side.
  11. I'm hoping this will link some of our photos http://s1255.photobucket.com/user/Nanook2017/slideshow/2017 Volvo 42T780 Motorhome
  12. There are identical doors on each side of the Bed, driver's side stores the ramps...passenger side is access for the Warn Winch and upright/pulley combination. The color is Volvo "Bright Silver Metallic" Also, the running lights are aftermarket, I like the look better than factory, and forgot to add there is factory warranty still active on the drive train and I possibly the air system. I'm making phone calls to confirm this information and will update as soon as I receive the reply.
