  1. I domicile in TX but bought my TT in AZ. I had to jump through some silly hoops to get it done, but I did buy in AZ and titled, registered and payed taxes in TX.
  2. Rainbow drive has been my domicile for the past eight years. The only time I had a problem with the mail service was when I gave them the wrong zip code to send my mail to.
  3. I also have Defenders on my truck. The Michelin inflation table shows many Michelin tires, but Defenders are not one of them. A call to Michelin was absolutely no help at all. I have Defender LTX M&S, they have LTX AT/2s but not M&S.
  4. Cisco Kid: Our worries are over, Pancho. Pancho: That’s what I worry about, Cisco. Cisco: Why Pancho: If my worries are over, I won’t have anything to worry about.
  5. The reset worked, thank you. I see what you mean re; passwords, a bit of a merry go round between wifi password and admin password, but it works now. The two hour limit works for me as I just use it as a backup in the camper, otherwise I leave it in the truck.
  6. After all the hullabaloo about the Mobley loosing the choice to stay on indefinitely, I can't get mine to shut off. I wanted to put it in my truck and leave it there, so I set it to shut off at 30 minutes after turning off the truck. It won't shut off, just stays on. Now I have to unplug it whenever I get out of the truck.
  7. Wow, that’s 175 million more that the entire population of the US.

  10. Has anyone else noticed that the option to keep the Mobley on indefinitely is no longer available. Two hours is the longest option available on mine today. Has something changed.
  11. Yes, it took some searching. From the Home Page click the Eduction tab, then the domicile link, then Texas, then Vehicle Registration at the bottom of the page.
  12. For the most part, yes. I was advised to fill out the forms and mail them into Polk County, along with the relevant fees and sales tax, of course. My only remaining question is that the AZ dealer says he has to have a notary escort me to the state line, apparently to assertain I left the state. However, I don’t plan on leaving AZ for a few months after the purchase. Has anyone else experienced a situation like this? Advice on how to handle this would be appreciated.
  13. I called and they referred me to the SKP website. All of the forms and instructions are there for the downloading.
  14. I have been using a Hario mini slim grinder and an Aeropress coffee maker for four years now. It’s beeb a wonderful combination. https://smile.amazon.com/Hario-Ceramic-Coffee-Mill-Mini-Slim/dp/B001804CLY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1534646531&sr=8-4&keywords=hario+grinder
  15. Well, the deal went through, should get the new trailer in November in Phoenix. Hopefully I will be able to register it in Polk County without going there. Thanks for the tips.
  16. Thanks for the info folks, now to see if the deal goes through.
  17. Is it possible to title an RV in Texas, which was purchased out of state, without going there? Any hints or tips would be appreciated. I believe I have seen a thread on this but am unable to find it. My domicile is Polk County.
  18. Campground hosting at Illinois Beach State Park until the end of July, then on to the Oregon coast to be with our kids and grandchildren for the rest of the summer then to our winter home at North Ranch.

  21. Yes, Tilex daily clean shower does not bead up, it is a solvent and just runs off leaving no residue. No squeegee or wipe down required.
  22. We use Tilex Clean Shower after each each shower and it works just fine. Just a quick spray and everything dries spotless. A couple of bucks at Wally World.
