  1. Winters can be brutal in that area. Sure you want to stay there. That the reason rv parks close.
  2. Actually this is early action. It will likely change before law
  3. 13000 watt of inverters and 21kwh of lithium batteries with 4500 watt solar
  4. microwave will run on the inverter. Everything in our camper does.
  5. Maybe so but charging senior citizens like this that only drive to grocery store and back would be a burden to them and unfair.
  6. I tied into my primary air tank
  7. Chevy put 3.73 gears in all Duramax. But this is gas so might be different
  8. Not yet. At RV park close to property. Got a logger coming in next week to remove all the trees.
  9. Also I am finding now that we are stationary I don't burn but about 10 gallons fuel a month. Drive the Smart. At 20 cents per gallon that ev tax would not be very fair.
  10. We have to get our vechiles inspected each year in Texas. They record mileage. It goes to DMV. Looks like a simple way to regulate mileage for taxes.
  11. Many years ago I cut open a cat and took the insides out. Welded it back up. Anytime they looked under it still there. But this was before electrical emissions testing.
  12. clogged cat is easy to find. While in park just floor it and watch rpms. They drop.
  13. I can't say this. I have worked 12hr days 360 days straight. Have worked 100 hrs a week for 2 months straight.
  14. Clean it good, shiny, paste and silver melts at higher temp than regular solder. I always use a brazing tip. Brazing tip allows concentrated heat so you don't burn up the copper. I have bridged 1/4" gap with silver. Great product. Very strong. Even made jewelry with it but i weld for a living also.
  15. I went on crazy seal site and it stated silicone based.
  16. Well all are automated manual transmissions. I can't comment on the diesels.
  17. Crazy seal is silicone also.
  18. Speaking of repairs I can buy caulking tubes of Henry's tropic cool. Used that for mount screws on solar panels.
  19. I am very content with Henry's Tropic cool. Mine been on a few years now and still looks great. Only drawback I see is it slick when wet.
  20. Well removed it and bypassed it this evening. Called Southwire and left message.
  21. Well it is still noisy. Believe it is louder now. I may bypass that unit and use the pedestal one. Fairly sure it is faulty. Researched and none reported doing like mine. This morning when it switched over loud thud and unit shut down. My batteries provided power for us but display dead. About an houre later came back on. Had fault and show hi voltage on L1. But when it came on started that thudding noisy. Do this for about an hour. On and off with noisy. It is loud enough to hear even with tv going. There is a contractor in there that engages if power clean. Think it is not closing good.
