Houston North area campgrounds

FWIW--been staying near Huntsville, TX, for last 7 weeks working--most of the 'average' RV parks are filled with pipeline/powerline workers.  Hard to find an extended stay site.  If you are looking for an inexpensive, but basic campground, check out https://cedaroaksrvcamp.com/   No restrooms/laundry/showers, but lonnnggg pull-thrus and plenty of space between sites, probably 150 sites.  Owners on site, friendly, helpful. CG is clean, full hookups, electricity included, 50/30amp/ good water pressure.  Lots of sites available. No cement slabs, but fairly compacted gravel sites.  On Hwy 19 about 10 miles NE of Huntsville. Quiet place.  This is no KOA resort, but if you need to be within 40 miles of Houston, this will work.  Just thought I'd mention it.

That is very close to my property. It is at fishermans trail.
