mbe 900

Probably not in many MDT's now, but maybe someone knows about the DD MBE 900 engine  put in some Freightliner box trucks back in the early/mid 2000's. The one I am looking at is in a Dynamax 26 footer. It was 6.4 liter in those days, now is 7.2.  Any good or bad comments appreciated.

Limited usage, resulting in fewer trained mechanics and fewer parts houses carrying parts. Parts run a little higher than more common Cat or Cummins parts. Fuel mileage is comparable with other engines of the same era and size.

I have been wrong before, I'll probably be wrong again.
