We switched the registration on our Foretravel from MO to SD while we were in OK - all by mail. For a fee, our mail service took care of delivering the paperwork to/from the proper offices and then mailed our new title, registration, and plates to us. Twotoes Posted February 15, 2020 Report Share Posted February 15, 2020 I bought my Jeep in ID and my Class A in AZ. Both transactions were handled via the mail. I just called Pennington County and got the payment info (sales tax and registration fees) on the phone, mailed the documents and a check in to them and they mailed me back the registration and the plates. No need to pay a mail service for assistance.
