GeorgiaHybrid
Scrap, all they need is a thickened slab about 8" to 12" thick and 3' or 4' square poured monolithic with the slab. My 12K two post is over kill, I asked my track hoe guy to make footing about 12" deep and I came home to two holes 4' square and 3.5' deep. I don't have the concrete experience GH does but I've been involved in a fair bit. These hoist probably weigh more than the car at about 2000# ish. Roughly 1k on each side and 500# each side of center. It would take a lot to tip one side especially since the bases are put in with probably 3/4" anchors. I've put in tons of these anchors in wall plates. You can almost sink the washers in with the nuts and those are just 1/2". These hoists are way overkill.
