I don't really know what you mean by "classified full-timer" but to most of us it means that you live in an RV and do not own or rent any other housing. Alliant Credit Union has an association with the Escapees and has a very good reputation. My suggestion would be that you check with whatever financial organization that you have a relationship with now as well and do some interest rate comparison. Most RV dealerships also have ties to lenders and sometimes are able to get better rates than you may on your own. I know someone who financed through them and is only a seasonal traveler with a stick house that they live in about 9 months a year. But they are fulltimer friendly.
