sandsys
We preferred to run our generator while driving. You are supposed to run it under a heavy load at least once a month but doing so in campgrounds can make you unpopular. So we would run it and the a/c while driving from one campsite to another. So, yes, absolutely run it while driving. We are happy that you have joined us. I am guessing that you travel in a motorhome and that it has a built-in gererator for 120V power the answer is yes. In fact it is very common to do that, especially in summer in order to use the roof air conditioner to help keep the entire RV cool and comfortable.
