Absolutely right but the refrigerator should do fine with no outside power supply as a reasonably good battery will supply the needed control circuit power for a very long time. You won't need to keep the engine running.

The fridge control board only takes about 0.1A to 0.2A with an additional 0.1A  to energize the solenoid for the propane gas valve.  So the power draw of the fridge is very minor compared to everything else.
