driwash
I have a 2001 Safari Zanzabar and the door will not open. The locks ore unlocked. I have an access panel opened. But do not want to mess it up more then it is already. Is there a drawing showing the inner workings? Any ideas?
Kirk W
Welcome to the Escapee forums! Are you speaking of the main entrance door into the RV? Do you have any way to getting inside of the coach? If you can gain entry through a window or something, the door latch assembly can be taken apart from the inside, if that is the problem. Can you tell if it is unlatching? Quote Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years...... driwash
Yes, I was able to get in thru a side window. I have taken the cover off by the latch. the latch moves all the way open and close, but the rods don't seem to be moving. I had to leave the coach, ( Mom's 100 birthday) I'll be back Sunday. I hope I have a plan by then.
