midirons Posted March 19, 2019 Report Share Posted March 19, 2019 HOA doesn't allow RV parking for more than 24 hours. We store our TT in covered parking, 3 sides. Spaces are unusually wide. There is water at the space but no power. It is also at one of the better RV repair shops and supply stores so one can have repairs performed onsite. There is also an RV wash station so it's relatively easy to clean it after a trip. Cost is $1,650 annually. A bit pricey but that's the going rate here in Southern Alabama.
