It is a private business and they do whatever their contract calls for them to do. The COE is part of the US Army, Natl. Park Service is Department of the Interior, the Forest Service is Agriculture Department. BLM is also Interior but nobody has mentioned what fees they may have but I think Recreation.gov does book for them. I don't believe that they handle TVA campgrounds or Bureau of Reclamation campgrounds. They are a for-profit business and a contractor. Good travelin !...............KirkFull-time 11+ years......
