I would like to tether my Samsung Note 5 on Verizon to the wifiranger USB port. Anyone have any success? If so, what are the settings? docj Posted February 13, 2019 Report Share Posted February 13, 2019 I'm not sure what version of Android your Note 5 is running, but with my Pixel 2XL running Android 9 all I have to do is physically make the connection, then in the phone's Settings menu I go under "Connected Devices" and set how the USB connection is to be used.
