Trailer project

Recommended Posts

Bought my grandson a kid trax ram truck and built him a custom goose neck Trailer for his John Deere tractor.

Fun project, and you can’t start early enough teaching kids about the HDT world.

Wow, that's pretty cool!  Watch out - little girls will be asking him to haul stuff for them in no time!  😉

Oh he’s already been asked about a Barbie Jeep tow.

3 1/2 years old he’s actually driving it pretty well

Thanks Steve, I tried to make it real as I possibly could.

When he helps us with the full size Trailer, he’ll be probably trained from this one.

Pretty cool Charlie.  How long until that little Dodge has a Peterbilt grill and he's hauling a Bronco?

Actually I’m looking at adding another drive axle and flatbed to match mine.

The drive motors are cheap, and I can put extra batteries on the bed. And possibly upgraded from 12v to 24v maybe

i have my old peterbilt emblems, that’s not a bad idea. It’s already got dual wheels.

Nice little project.  I would have loved that when I was a kid.

Thanks Chad, it was a lot of fun to build.

And trust me I’m just reliving my childhood b

Howdy Broncohauler,

I have the lights, but dad shut me down.

He doesn’t want to deal with the battery drain.

The trucks here at my house at the moment so who knows

I like the project. I am sure you have heard Alan Jackson's song "Pickup Man" if you have not it is really cute and you will appriciate a couple of the lines in it.
