Well, that's not what I meant, but ok.

I was meaning kind of tongue in cheek, so I am not clear about what you meant.

I guess you don't spend much time in casinos.

Occasionally, for free overnight camping.  Then we may go in for dinner or breakfast.

What does cash money have to do with casinos?

Likely won't be too long before they have a CC slot .

All the slots I have seen in the past several years were credit card only.  Where do you even find one that takes coins?

I can't speak from experience , as I've never been in casino other than to pay an overnight fee .

But , according to some regular 'attendees' , they really miss the sound of coins being spit out of the bandits when a 'win' happens .

From what I understand , the machines use players cards . Those are issued by the casinos .  I really don't know if the machines accept Credit Cards . It wouldn't surprise me if they did .

Goes around , comes around .

From the web site 10 THINGS YOU CAN'T (EASILY) BUY WITH CREDIT CARDS:

*1. Chips in a casino. Even though casinos are legal, make sure you bring cash if you're planning to play the roulette table. Most states have gaming regulations that prohibit casinos from accepting a credit card for gambling chips, says Gary Thompson, a spokesman for Caesars Entertainment, which owns casino resorts on three continents.

Even without those rules, however, the industry's own Responsible Gaming Program bars the practice. Of course, you can always use your credit card to get a cash advance, for a sizeable fee, at a casino ATM

Still, Thompson believes that extra step creates a psychological barrier. "If you run out of chips when you're gambling, this forces you to get up, walk away from the table, apply for the cash advance, and then go the casino cage to get your chips," he says. "What that does is give you time to think about whether you're going over your cash-imposed limit. We believe it stops some people from doing something impulsive."

Plenty ATMs at casinos tho! So if you need cash on the road, a casino is as good any place to get some.  Ok, maybe not as good, unless you're good at counting cards.

And as I said before, credit unions using the Co-op network.  Free atms nationwide, including some at casinos I bet.

Where is this?  I've been in many casinos and never seen any slots that take cards..let alone "only".  Some take coins, but not many.

Congratulations on the new addition to your family. Life is about to become amazing!

Linda

She may be the youngest full-timer in Escapees/Xscapers!  If anyone has a link to an Xscapers onesie, I'll take one!

Even better part of the story, we didn't even make it to the hospital, she was born in the TV.  Everyone says the 1st one takes longer than it seems in the movies, well the labor was very much moviesque.  Thankfully the trailer was not attached (we've been at a site host position for the pregnancy, trying to prepare and save up as much as we can).

I am not a gambler so I rarely go into casinos except to eat.  The last three I saw were coinless.  You paid with a credit card or I suppose you could use cash to buy playing credits.  Those casinos were in Browning outside of Glacier, another was at a Laundromat in Kalispell Montana and the third was near Port Angeles, Washington.

I'm wondering if you're confusing credit cards with debit cards?

I'm wondering if he's confusing a player's card with a credit card.  Almost all machines are coinless, but they all take paper money.
