According to Computer World magazine article W/10 Version 1803 still isn't working the way it should! I'm holding off until it gets corrected! Have Updates shut off for now. Just Updating My personal virus program and MalwareBytes!

Just uninstall MS Office.  Use one of the free ones instead.  And don't click on any of the "click bait".   Although you should never do that anyway.

And make sure you malware software is always up to date!  😎

Pieere,

Could you provide that link to the article that says what isn't working right? Thanks for the heads up but without the link I can't look for what is "not right."

Yes, sure is! Speaking of the Trolls, or should I just say Online Bullies, the ones who follow us around and make unwarranted comments is because they have nothing else better to do! And I thought I was the one lacking Intellect! 😞

Thanks for the heads up! I use Libre Office and  never click on Ads or clickbait! Use Windows defender and MalwareBytes every third day and CC Cleaner every two weeks!

The MS Office alternatives do not always work out.  The free ones are not as complete or not as compatible.  I mostly can use LibreOffice as a replacement, but I have encountered some issues with the spreadsheet   I know multiple people who had to go back to MS Word because the free word processors had some problem with comparability or they did not handle large files, reports and books, well.  The free ones handle the 90 to 95% case well, but the developers have little incentive to get everything right.

Hmmmmm.... Those waiting for windows XXX to ever get it right might want to consider histery. There is actually an easy way, grab the buggiest version of Linux you can find (FREE, or even a stable version), load it up, then put WINvirus on a virtual machine and get the thing going. All the windows $$$$$ programs will work Plus all the better open source programs will do what you need.
