billr Posted March 13, 2018 Report Share Posted March 13, 2018 We have used a 110v Whirlpool dryer for past 8 yrs and find it works just fine. As Jack said it does take a little longer. It can take the size loads the washer can do so it works. I toyed with the idea of 220v but DW is happy with current setup. Uses it every day or so full time. For sure I’d change it and we would be on 30amp and DW would want to do laundry.
