SWharton Posted January 24, 2018 Report Share Posted January 24, 2018 I was given a Vivofit 4 for Christmas(Garmin step counter). Downloaded the app and could not pair at all. One day it magically paired, thought I was home free. For the next 2 weeks it would not pair again. Then magically it paired. Traced it down to having bluetooth enabled on second phone, once turned off Vivofit paired. Same thing happened with FIXD, a car diagnosis app. Once bluetooth was turned off on second phone all was well. I have now turned bluetooth on again and everything is pairing fine. Have no idea what was/is going on. Next time something doesn't pair try turning off other bluetooth devices. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
