Year end and next year tax planning

Ron

I ran across this article today which gave me some new insights into how the new tax bill might influence and impact various companies.  Also, some good ideas that might impact our own portfolio planning.  I'm already implementing some of these ideas.

Thanks for the info. I now only hold mutual funds. I don't like to spend time on individual stocks because I find it boring. I have a little over a million $s in an IRA that is about 70% stocks and 30% bonds split over 4 mutual funds, T. Rowe Price. Large Cap 50%, Mid Cap 10%, International Stocks 10% and 30% bonds. It is a conservative portfolio over all. I believe in stocks and they have been good to me for many years. I don't look at them very often.

When they asked Warren Buffet what he had for his wife, he responded, 90% stocks and 10% cash. Good Luck
