How to attach photo

How do I do this? Do I choose files? When I do this and open pic I get this message    YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO UPLOAD 1003.52KB Educate me  Thanks

They just have the file size extremely small. 1000kb is = 1mb. These days most pics are easily over 1mb. Look at the file size of the pic you are trying to upload and it's probably way over 1mb. Your best bet is to use a file hosting service or use a photo editor to decrease the quality of your picture.

Go to this site:  http://photoposting.is-great.net/?i=3

Drag whatever photo you want to post onto the page (or use the select button and select it)

The site will provide a URL for the photo

Paste that URL into your post on this site and when you submit your post, the photo(s) will appear in the post like this

Or, if you use Google Photos or Drive.....go to the picture, right click and select "Copy".

Then paste the result here....the following photo was inserted with a 'Ctrl-V"

I can see the photo in Jack's original post, in my quote of his original post and in your quote of his post.  Not sure why you can't.

Me either . When I have what is suppose to be his pic opened in a separate tab , I get a negative sign in a circle . Otherwise , in his post , it shows as a blank rectangle .

I can still only see the photo in the link he posted when I click on it. I can't see either one of the pics he embeded? I even tried right clicking and opening in new tab and see the same negative sign in a circle as the person above me?

Jack, does it have anything to do with us being linked in Google +?  Is this why I can see the photo you linked but others can’t?

I could see it after he changed the share setting and I don't think I have Google+.  Maybe I do and not know it.

Not sure Chad....it has "something" to do with Google, for sure. I'd guess those that can't see it do not have a google account that is active.

All I see is a link. I clicked the link and it took me to the Google sign in screen. I signed in and all I saw was the same as Pat & Pete.

I guess this will not work, then. Too much trouble to both figure out, and for those that are not on Google in some unknown fashion.

Did the above show up for anyone...I tried it as an embedded link....

So the way I did that was go to the google-stored photo I wanted, right click, selected "Copy image address", and then pasted that directly into the comment window. I did set sharing on the photo, but I wonder if it would do it anyway...lets try one without sharing set to public.....follows....

Shared photo from 10:50 AM post showed up, non-shared photo didn't. None of previous posts showed.Signed into Google account, using Chrome. Google royally screwed the ease of photo sharing they used to have.
