noteven Posted October 26, 2017 Report Share Posted October 26, 2017 Kenworth tests aluminum fuel tanks by putting fluid in them, then hoisting them way up in the air with that jib crane on the roof of one of the buildings at the Tech Center, and then dropping them on to the concrete apron. I saw a video of one landing corner wise on end and it went schmuck and stood there like the leaning tower of pizza - somewhat shorter in length. No rupture or spill.
