It pops up when you go to a website and says that you are missing a font, the HoeflerText font. It has an update button or a download button. DO NOT UPDATE OR DOWNLOAD. The original article has a screen shot showing the pop up if you are running Chrome. Take a look and remember to never download something a website pop up tell you to.
