Michael Shatto
It's really Simple: Buy a new Fifth Wheel and Duramax. Go. Then there is that dang reality thing. So, to make the decision work depends on synchronizing the selling of my mobile home and buying the Fifth Wheel and selling my Tundra and upgrading to the diesel, all without benefit of having extra money to keep things afloat until the transactions are complete. And having enough money for the fuel to actually go anywhere. Cute story, you think but, what the heck is he talking about? People who know, say my best bet is a low mileage 2006 Duramax. and an Alpenlite Fifth Wheel and I've found a couple examples on line but I keep wondering .... how do I find people who are transitioning back into fixed housing and need to sell their rig? I suggest that you start by checking out the RVs. Tows, and Toads for sale forum on these pages. Another source is the RV Trader website or RV Classified or possibly the RV Clearing House.
