Thank you for bringing back signatures! Small steps!

My signature has wasted lines in it and I can't get rid of them :( It's like it is double spacing or something

At the end of a line, use shift-return instead of return.

return creates a new paragraph while shift-return create a new line within the existing paragraph.  See my signature for how the two methods look.

This return behavior also applies to topic postings.

Line 1 - ends with just the return (enter) key.

Line 2 - ends with shift-return (shift-enter) key combination.
Line 3

Hi Everyone,

I tried to make a change in my signature line with no luck. There is probably a little secret  or tip that I am not doing. I went to my profile and found the edit button, typed in the info that I wanted in what I thought was the area for the signature line. I also want to change color on some of the words. I went back to one of the threads where my signature shows up with no luck with the change that I made. Any thoughts in how to do this ?

Thanks for any help,
Al

Click on your User Name in the upper right-hand corner and then click on Account Settings.  Over on the left-hand side, click on Signature.

If you had a signature prior to the change, it should still be there (mine was, anyway).  You may have to make some changes in the line spacing as noted above.
