Lights
We had the Morryde IS suspension with dis brakes installed by Mor/Ryde in Elkhart. Kodiak dis brakes and yes they were china made, but all Kodiak parts are china made. Timken makes a bearing but it is longer so you need to bore the I.D. of the brake hub out. Like I said Bob of Roberts Quality RV has changed many bearings in Kodiak and Dexter hubs. DRV use Nev Lube bearing for many years and they had many bearing failures and had 3 RV's burn down on the road because of bearing failures. Our failure happen 1 1/2 hours into our trip in the morning and we had stop for a break and I check all hub temps and were OK and 6 miles down the road the bearing failed, no warning. 07 630 VNL Volvo 16 Smart Car 2017 DRV 40KSSB4

Armyret
Ok, the decision has been made, I am going with standard bearings, just for the peace of mind that I can change them out myself if I have a problem. No problem servicing them each year, I look at it as "quality time" with the rv. I am going to get two sets complete hub/bearings for spares.
